aftermarket remotes

im sure u either have or have seen those aftermarket security remotes. i dont like mt stock camry remote cuz the alarm doesnt beep wen i lock it. at night its ok becuase the lights flash to let you know, but during the day its hard. i read that to program the remote, u press the button on both remotes and the new one just gets the signal. is that true?

If the horn doest honk that is probably because it is not connected to the alarm or the alarm unit is not capable of doing it, or your horn is not working anymore... or there might be a loose cable aroun the alarm. The also sell aftermarket remotes at autozone i think.
