Do they really work? or will I be wasting my money? Could you please advise? Thank you.

I wouldnt waste my money on JET CHIP... Their a bunch of scam artist... They basically, fool the computer to think its getting alot more air than it normally it should. This creates alot of problems.
The only company that actually reprograms ecus are TECH TOM Japan ( G-Force is their US sister company). But, it sad to say that because of the new OBDII ecus and chips used. They cannot flash or retrive the information from the ecu. It requires the code to pull the information from the chip. But the only company that has that information is Denso. And turst me they wont give up the information because they wouldnt want to soil their relationship with their number one custom ( Toyota ).
I suggest just getting a Apexi S-AFC and have it tune properly. But, this way is just another band aid but its better than the JET CHIP. Good luck
