Trd Bodykit Just Got Installed By An Expert....looks A Dodgy Work To Me :(

hi all

does anyone of you here who have the TRD bodykit for their GEN 4 Camry have this problem (see photo)

Corner of front lips

That's the corner of the rear lips

went there yesterday (auto body shop) and they put it on for me, but i dont know what they use, looks like a shitty tape (looks like a freakin bra strap to me ).

how can i fix this problem??? i've went down yesterday twice and asked them to fix it and they did. but this morning the rear n front lips starts popping out funny but so annoying

i m thinking of going back to the shop and ask them why.....but what do you guys reckon?

the lips weren't pliable/flexible enough when they put them on your car... they must been in a slightly bent position for awhile or something.. I dunno if you could use a heat gun/hair dryer to warm them up. Then Again.. I only have a slight idea of what i'm talking about...

I know one damn thing though.. you payed to get them put on..Properly. so keep going back until they get their shit straight

Look like when they put it on, they didn't put enough pressure on it. When I put my kit on, I used a lot of elbow work to push it on. Or they didn't clean the area where the tapes go.

I bought a case of Corona and 3 hours of work but I put mine professionaly not a single mistake. It has been on for 4 years know (4 years of snow and salt) and not a single problem but I used screws in all od the ends.

you cant just screw it in.....gonna look nasty if u put screw here and there. also there's no place to put the extra screws... might mould the whole thing into the body.... so looks like one piece
