I just put ina new PCV valve because i knew that it was already over due and because i want to get better MPG, so right after i replaced it i noticed that the engine idles a bit smoother. I want to know if any one that has replaced their valve on their 1MZ noticed a gain in gas mileage?
Where is thre PCV valve located on the Camry V6 LE ?
Is it screwed in or pushed into a grommet ?
no idea how to remove hte front one, but the rear one is the white bit of plastic the hose connects too.. the rear woul dbe most important, front isnt too crusical.

Thres only one pcv valve, if the front one was a valve it would of been replaceable but thats just IMO

The PCV is located on the back valve cover it is on the passangers side and it is black whith a hose connected to it that goes to the intake manifold you only have to twist it a bit to get it out but you don't need any kind of tool. it costed me $ 3.99 at autozone. I think that it is worh the money if you are having a bad idle.

i wouldnt put plastic in any type of cleaner like thatpaint thinner. it makes it brittle and much more likely to crack. have a cellphone i used toyota fabric spot remover on as proof.
