He is talking about storing them for years and i din't say that thhe will lose performance all the way i just said that they might just a bit.

No, they won't. All will be well when you pop 'em in. Just store 'em in a clean dry place with their boxes on (the boxes aren't necessary though).

Explain how they might loose some performance?

If you goto a autoparts store today and buy a set of spark plugs, you don't know how long they've been sitting on the shelf.

So unless you got some hard proof that unused spark plugs go bad from sitting on the shelf, be ready to get skooled again.
