Ebay is your friend. You can find all that you need on there. Most likely, your car is not pre-wired for fog lights. I believe the Gen 5's (I believe only the Japan built ones) are pre-wired. You'll need to wire it all up.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

Yeah, I believe you need ground, power, and trigger wires... and harnesses... not sure what else. Someone else would know more on that... My Gen 5 is Japan-built, so it came pre-wired, so it was all plug and play for me. Just had to replace my turn signal stalk with one that had the fog switch on it, and BAM!

Saw the same thing in my fuse box. Probably just the same boxes in the camry and es300. I put some fog lights on my gen3 down there that I picked up at Checker Autoparts. Work like a charm.

Axel, the Hella lights that skewe is selling are perfect for what you want. I have the larger FF100s and they fit so these will definitely fit. This has a prewired and wrapped quality wiring harness with thick wire, very nice switch and relay. The mounting system is one of the better ones on the market and the lighting performance and quality is better than anything you will get on Ebay or parts store for that price.

Use the search. There was a thread within the last month that had A LOT of detail and diagrams. Also, what are you car specs?
