Personally i wouldnt belive that..i think his whole page is a scam..add 20hp to a camry is going to be more then $1.00..sucks but i wouldnt believe that if i were you..just my opinions

For a dollar i would try, i am just afraid it might ruin something that is going to cost alot more to fix
