Busted Radiator?

So I go down to the Toyota Dealership to get an oil change for my 97 Camry. Its right at 150k miles, and the guy is telling me what I need to do...blah, blah, blah. So anyway after they do my oil change he tells me that my radiator is busted So I say ok and walk out and drive to the home and take a look at my radiator fluid, well it look like there is water, not a mixture of coolant and water, in the coolant reservoir tank. Only problem is that 2 weeks ago I put some 50/50 coolant in it.

So is it possible for water to flow in there like that. Oh and another thing its at the same level I filled the tank up with the past 2 weeks. And the car has never overheated ever, and it seems now that its trying to after I took it in for an oil change. I'm to go and take it for a second look tomorrow but i just thought you guys might have some opinion on it as well.

I would take it to a radiator shop.

No, it is not possible for the car to just use the radiotor fluid only and leave the water there.

FYI: Radiator will cost $100 and about $80 to install.

Get that water out of that radiator ASAP. The water will rust it out in a matter of a month or so and you will get a clogged radiator from the rust.

^ I'll second that. Read that post last month when my old rad sprung a leak. Got my replacement with no problems and it works like a champ!

I just had to replace my radiator not too long ago. I picked mine up from Advance Auto. It was more expensive, but it has a full life time warranty, so I won't have to worry about buying another one for as long as I own the camry.

It wasn't all that hard to install, either. My step-dad and I got it installed in less than an hour. The hardest part was getting some of the bolts off. Most of them were rusted in, and a few were in places that were hard to fit a ratchet in.
