I need some help identifying the power window motor. I'm getting the part from ASG14 and doing a replacement, but both of us are unable to determine which parts are needed. Here's a pic provided by ASG14:

I'm sure I have to replace the black part (motor), but what are the 2 pieces sticking out and do I need them? Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

they look like little driveshafts

Those 2 black things cover the cable that pulls your window up and down. If you had the picture of the whole regulator mechanism, it might make it more clear. The window attaches to a bracket that slides up and down on that part that is barely visible at the bottom of your picture. You will have to bend some tabs to separate the motor from the regulator deal. Be careful that the cable doesn't come outta that white part. HTH and good luck.
