motor blew....AGAIN

well guys and gals.. haven't been on much lately..but for those of you who remember me...I had put a low milege tranny and motor in my camry and everything was fine. As you all know the 5sfe motors are pretty decent if you keep up with them and treat them good..you know what I mean. so yeah anyways time to actualy rebuild the motor now. I'm not going to go through this whole ordeal again.. but thought I'd give ya guys a head up on what's going on with me. . wish me luck I have no idea when I'll have my baby back.

yes it just developed a rod knock one day driving to work. Plenty of oil in it, and oil was just changed 1k miles ago. And changed every 3k on regular bases.

maybe it was starting to form sludge and the oil passages that go to the crank pluged up. How does it sound when and engine spins a bearing don't they make a kind of whinning noise instead of a rod know? I thought that when the bearing was chewed up the rod starts to slap it's self at the crankshaft journal?

the bearings haven't gotten to that extent where they are whinning. My last motor had starting knocking and then my bearings starting whinning like the motor was about to lock up. This motor though has yet to get to that point. At idle it sounds fine, but when you give it gas at about 2k up it develops a knock. I don't want to run it anymore so I don't damage the crank..cuz that would be just one more thing I would have to buy.
