Unhappy Engine won't start

I was replacing my battery in my 92 camry. After the new battery was installed, my car will not start again even when I jump start the car (I was able to do that with the old battery). The signal light would flash but the starter will not crank. What is the error message for signal light flashing? I check the fuse box, noticed the EFI (15amp) was blown and replace it but the car still will not crank. Does anybody has any idea what went wrong during my installations or can help me troubleshoot this?

Thanks

Ground was connect (black). I can turn on the headlight but it is dim. The turn signal light kept flashing when I connected the positive cable.

sounds like you jumped it wrong. definately get your alternator checked, could be shorting internally, lastly check ALL ground connections, have an aftermarket radio? the ground on that could also do it.

check alternator, starter, battery cables connected fully, ground wire, fuses

Gotta be something you did when you changed the battery. Trace back your steps. take it slow. Good luck.
