Gen5 Front End problem

I need to know if any one has had a problem develop in the front end of their Camry. I have an 03 Camry LE and I have noticed for a while that I can feel a slight bump/movemnt of some type that seems to be more noticable at lower speeds. When I am turning while moving slowly, but also I can feel it when I stop and then move forward. I don't know if it is a strut moving, a ball joint, a mount somewhere or maybe a dead spot in the rack....anyone noticed anything like this with theirs?? I took it to the stealership and they lubed something on the steering column.......but the problem never changed.....???
