TRD exhaust...how is it??

does any gen4-4.5 owners (97-01) have a stock TRD exhaust? i was thinking of getting one, but i wanna know how it sounds and looks like first. and is the installation easy and straight-forward? i tried searching & found nothing, but some pics would be sweet, thanks

the TRD Exhaust is not worth getting it because its the same thing as the BORLA Exhaust but without the TRD LOGO.

BORLA $207usd
TRD $400usd

They both the same thing just different price. I'm trying to get the BORLA exhaust for my 98 Camry. But shipping cost to SYDNEY AUSTRALIA costs $288usd .

the sound is quiet during normal driving, but when you're gunning the car hard, it sounds like the Nissan 350z (that's what most people told me)

sounds nice and clean, i like it. the cheapest i found for a TRD exhaust is $335 usd. would the exhaust sound the same for a 4cyl? cuz i have a 4-banger

his exhaust sounds deeper and nicer since it's a V6. OUr four cylinders won't sound like that.

I dont believe that the 4cyc Camry will produce the same sound as the V6 camry. (it's like asking, can a V6 car produce the same sound as a V8 car, No it wont! )

but if you put BORLA or TRD Exhaust on the 4cy Camry it will sound Sweet ass!!

BUT DON'T BOTHER getting the TRD exhaust!!! its a RIP OFF!!

well......what do you classified as "Reasonable Gain" ??? 2-5hp is reasonable hehehe...

im not sure how many HP you'll gain but it says that you will gain around 7-10hp

how does it stack up to the greddy evo? sux that heres nothing for us 4bangers ....at least i didnt see anything on their site

im not sure, but i think Greedy evo is much more louder than the TRD or Borla Exhaust. In power gain it might do much better.
