Smile hearing watery sloshing when started the car

hi! i have this problem for more than a month now that have been bothering me. when i started the car i heard a water like sloshing inside somewhere and i think it's coming from the air vent. Please help and i have someone said that it might be a blocked drain plug, do anyone knows where it is located. Thanks guys.

Thats normal, especially if you have a 4cyl. Using AC sacrifices torque and HP. Its just the rule of thumb.

if u have a gen 3, i know where it is cos i have removed it before.
you have to remove the protective covering below the glove box.
if you look towards ur left (when entering from the passenger side), u will notice a black box about 6 inches by 5 inches or so. See location below, the "X" is the location of the box.
There will also be a tube running from the bottom of that box to the outside of the car via the a hole on the floor.
check that tube.

Next time turn the heater knob all the way into the red and see if it changes the noise, if so you have air in your cooling system, simply turn the dial back to cool and add some coolant mixture to the overflow tank then turn the heater back on and leve it on for a while (dont have to turn the blower on though).
