Some assistance needed

Hey, thanks for answering my plea for help by clickin' here and reading this. I have a 2002 Toyota Camry LE Automatic. I have been having a lot of problems with my car on and off. Nothing major but still some things that bother me. My most recent problem is that the enginie does not seem to be pushing that hard. I know it's automatic camry. But sometimes when I am around 20 mph's there is a major lag when I increase pressure to the pedel. At some points when i've made a complete stop and continue on my car will crawl making the turn. I live in LA County, having my car go slow like this is not very pleasent for other people rushing to get to places with their road rages and all. I know it doesn't make a difference but i'm used to putting arco gas in before(it's the cheapest gas I could find), it was working good for a while then I started having the problem of the car crawling. So I started putting premium in, I know waste of money, but when I put in mobile premium the problem was obsolete. So lately I have been putting premium in my car, from shell, mobile, chervron, and shell. Past week I was low on funds so I had to put regular in my car from chevron(gas prices are insane). The problem started re-occuring again. Someone told me it could be my transmission or check the spark plugs, belt, or whatever. I like my toyota it's given me less problems than my previous cars...probably because it's newer. Anyways if ya'll could help me out with my little dilema, I would much appreciate it. Also I have been checking online. Some say it's the charcol canniser or the gas cap....come on somebody help me!

how many miles do you have? and when was the last tune-up you had?

there have been certain things people try to help...try searching for...throttole body and seafoam-crankcase/ gas additive.

as for the gas, i'm not the expert, i hope someone will chime in on it.

as for my car, it's basically the same way, except i havent' gotten any other gas then 87 at the brand name stations, mainly shell or 76 whichever is cheaper at the time.

i guess if i want to gunn it, i have my a/c off, ect on, over drive off....(over drive mainly at the higher speeds)

I have about 102,??? miiles on my car. I had my oil changed about less than 100 miles ago about the same time I got my brakes checked. It's not like I push my car hard or anything I mean it crawls when the a/c's not on there should be no reason that I can see that it's acting the way it does. Define tune up. I just drop it off to the local mechanic and I trust him enough to make sure he does what is needed. That and I can't stay and check it all out I have to go to work then straight to school i'm always strapped on time.

It snds like you might just need a general tune up. Find a trusted mechanic throught friends family or maybe somebody here that lives in your area can refer you to one.

Just to name a few related to your specific symptoms, a tune up generally enatails inspecting ignition sytems (spark plugs, wires), fuel/air systems (injectors, fuel filters, air filter, throttle body).

You can got to Toyota's site and check the owners' maint section for a list of stuff that may need servicing
