has anyone evertried changing a camry sedan to a coupe?

it wouldnt have to cost that much. not if u did all the work yourself. the most expensive part would be painting it

youd pretty much need to get the whole side of the coupe and weld it on to the sedan, b-pillar included. or i suppose you could ghetto it, and weld up the back doors.
u could totally gut the rear doors and weld it on and then smooth it out. seal the window and bondo the door handle and there u go

yeah but u wouldnt have to get everything like the coupe. it would just be harder to get in the back seats

just buy a coupe at a junkyard (one in good shape obviously, theyre out ther) and transfer the engines............will be much less of a hassle and much less of an expense
I can't believe someone would do that. Would be easier trading in your sedan for a coupe. But then again, if you love your camry that much I suppose it could be done with lots of $$$$. I know I will never part with my camry, even if she breaks. Way too much history between us.
