Im stumped

Well its been a week since I swapped my tranny and I still have the CEL on for three shift solenoid malfunctions. Ratko said to make a resistor box so I did but the problem is it didnt work. I am using three 25 watt 15 ohm resistors wired to the shift solenoid wires and grounded on the other side. WTF? Why wont the ECU recognize the resistors? Is 15 ohms too high? Haynes manual says they should read between 12 and 15 ohms. Help?

Come on, someone speculate here, I checked the wiring and its correct, the volt ohm meter reads 15 ohms. They are all grounded at a single point though and I noticed ratkos were all grounded seperatly. Mabe they are conflicting with eachother since they all meet before any reach ground? Should I try a lower impedance (ohm) resistor?
