I have Drum brakes on the back wheels of my 2003 LE, I see newer camrys with disc brakes on the back, I was wondering if there is any conversion kits out there for my car (go from Drum to Disc). Any links?

Hey, you started the thread, you will get negative replies because we all dealt with these same topics every month.
But yes, it's quite possible to convert your rear drums to discs, but it's a lot of work, labor, and money. Also, you'll need to do a lot of customizing with all the brake fluid lines and all. Good luck.
Now as far as the brake lines go for the rear brakes, I have no clue...
