depends what you want, if its performance then go with performance gas struts, then air intake, then exhaust.

i'll probably buy the peformance gas struts first

uhmm...all of those are kinda all in a different price range...just do what you feel you want to. i'd go with tint with struts first.

Then exaust.

My last choice would be the intake. Intakes are not worth the money. Little HP gain for like 200 bucks.
