Air intake position

Would moving the Air Intake for my 1998 gen4 camry from behind the headlight to somewhere it can get better air flow make any difference to my car??

Actually, you will feel the difference. If you re-route your intake into your fender, you can get colder air, and you'll get better gains on mid- to high-end ranges. You'll feel the acceleration increase.

Us Gen3 kids go CAI and move the beginning of the intake tract to the little area in the bumper. Hard for rain to get in (enough to hydrolock anyway) and hidden enough to lower the risk of a really dirty filter element or a busted one because of a rock or something
