Is it easy to put the '94-96 "CAMRY" panel inplace of the '92-93 panel?

I have a '92 camry with the transparent/red middle part of the tail lamps.

Anyone have an idea how I can "open" this part to remove the C A M R Y letters ?

They seems to be stickers.

I was thinking getting a second middle part and break the interrior part to keep the exterior one and on my other, break the exterior part to keep the interrior and put them together with epoxy..

Anyone have a cheaper solution ? It would cose 100$CDN for the middle part.
