ok im sure this topic has been brought up before and maybe im not searching under the right things, but i was up till 2 am last night trying to find how to do the ES250 headlight conversion to the Gen 2 Camry. What im wondering is if anyone has a list of all the parts that are needed, and maybe a step by step process to do the conversion. thank you all in advance for the help, and once again, sorry if im bringing up an old topic, i just cant find info on it.
Thank you all,
Joe Portera

You would have to buy headlights, corner lamps, fenders, and the hood and grille. You can use the same bumper, I think, but you may need a replacement.

I don't see anything ES250 looking, at least in that picture. Not even the bumper :/
and yes, you would need all of that unless you want to do custom work instead of bolt on! The headlights and corner lights are totally different shapes and the hood is a different design as well.
The headlights and the city lights are ES250. Sorry I couldn't get you a bigger pic.

Whoa, whoa whoa... does it have the extra cooling holes on the bumper??? I NEED that for my Camry. Can you get another bumper/beam assembly? I only want the bumper and beam - black preferably...
-Charlie
PS. Its really easy to take off the bumper... 6 big bolts, a few smaller screws and two plugs for the turn signals.

u know jdm bumpers doesn't have bumper support beams they don't crash test in japan so they don't put in support beams only US has em which adds about 100lbs to the car

Of course. Along with removing 50-100lbs from the front of the car, it lets in more air (if its like the Aussie bumpers I've seen...). The bumper beams are for the 5mph crash tests, not for serious accidents. The weight removed will even out all the extra stuff that I have up front with the turbo...
-Charlie
edit: when I said 'beam' I meant the thing that supports the bumper, not the crash protector.

Yeah you have to modify the corner lenses to fit with the ES250 headlights. I am definitely going to sell my ES250 headlights with conversion brackets installed so all you would have to do essentially is bolt them on to the stock mounting points. I couldn't tell you what exactly you need to do with conversion because I did it such a long time ago and I don't remember. But anyone that wants to buy the headlights, I will sell them to you. And if you really want to buy the car too you can do that but be ready to fork out the dough for it...

I'm reasonably serious, but I'd like to see the one you have in person before making a commitment. Otherwise, I have a backup plan for my stuck bumper.
