Not sure what point terrastrife is making, but 0 camber is not a diffficult task. As a matter of fact 0 camber is within factory spec.
The adjustment is done on an alignment rack by loosening the strut to knuckle bolts and changing the angle of the two parts. If there is not enough play with the stock bolts your local Toyota dealer has, or can order bolts with smaller diameter shafts made specificaly for this purpose. I do not know if aftermarket suppliers have the bolts... been with Toyota far too long.
