Is this worth getting?

Will I actually see a change in the HP on my NA engine? What other effects will it have on my car? IE - Rough Idle, slow accessories, ETC...

Yes you will gain a few horsepower from it. A while back someone posted an article with all this mumbo jumbo about this negative effects it has on your enginge, but I couldn't find the site. Hopefully someone else will know it.

I bought it for my 1991 camry, but I haven't put it on...It will be worth it when used in combination with other mods...I suggest it

The pulleys are lighter. They make it so less power is used to run your accessories. It isnt really an issue unless you have a large audio system where you may need a cap.

Okay,
I have a high output alternator and 2 caps on my stereo system. What effect would underdriving my accessories have? Is it worth it to get the lightened underdrive crank pully?

You would get stock output out of your high output alternater. You only get a few hp, but most car mags say its worth it. Thats up to you. How many watts are you pushing with your stereo
