camry or celica

i cant decide i have a 93 le 5sfe and i cant decide if i should save a couple thousand and buy a 93-97 celica instead. im pretty sure i could get alot for my camry, i have new a/c and only 57,000 miles on it. the celica is so much lighter (2,400 lbs. camry is is 3,086) and honestly looks alot better. i know some one who might sell theirs in a few months and i wonder whivh way should i go, anyone have an opinion?

I have always wanted that 6th gen celica. They have the same 2.2l 4cyl engine. And like you said they are a lot lighter. Plus the wide body style and clean interior to go with. Save up the extra money you will be happier in the end.

Depends what you want to use the car for. If you plan to mod it up, get the Celica. If you plan to use it as a daily driver then get the Camry.

you should get some decent cash for your car tho....that's some pretty low milegage there....but the new a/c and all won't make much diff tho....

and yeah, man.....the celica would be more fun to mod/drive.....but the back seat of a celica isn't very big....if you know what I mean....

hanks for the feedback i think i will save up for the the celi, even if i dont get it from this guy, i shouldnt have to pay too much more than what i can get for my cam. tood bad i didnt go through with the alltrac 92 i looked at the guy offered me the car for my car and $1k. too bad he was a sly he lied about everything on the phone he told me 17's with brand new tires and when i looked at it it looked like he went rallying the wheels were rusty and the tires looked like slicks.... that was just one of the few examples too bad.....
