Question How to Get the Remote Control Key Working

hey fellas,
i got a 99 Camry from a dealer like 6 months ago.
it has a Keyless Remote entry which does not work. i have been trying to make it work but it just doesent.
the light on the Remote works whenever i hit any keys on the remote which means the battery of the remote is fine.
But the remote key doesent really work on my Car.

is there any way to make it work or like reset the remote control system so that it starts working.

Hoping to get something working !!!!

Click on this link to look at the picture of the remote control key

yeah there was a thread somewhere, but my advice is to take it back to the dealer. and dont get pushed around by them. keep asking for a person of higher rank if they refuse or ignore your questions or whatever.
