it is hard on your fuel pump, and leaves lots of room for condensation to build up in your gas tank, which can definitly harm your engine

can also fuck up your injectors as it is pumping the dirty fuel. at least thats what iv been told.

The fuel is used to keep the pump cool and when it low on fuel, you know what happens.
