A'pexi right now, is the best in the industry at making filters. Price and quality go hand in hand... the downside of the filter is that it'll cost ya an arm and a leg. Thank god my friend can get me a 45% employee discount therefore, i'm only paying 80 bux. K&N rank second best to Apexi in an idependent study of air consumption and filtration. HKS, WEAPONR, BLITZ all came out with not filtering the dirt... I saw the pics of the results, it was disgusting! K&N or APEXI would be my choice, but APEXI for the better performance. ITS ALL ABOUT THE FILTER!

thats the trade off when it comes to filters.
you either not filter and have more performance, or you can filter and have a minimal drop in performance.
HKS make the bext performing foam pod filters simply because they dont filter
if you are getting an apexi dry cotton pod make sure it DOES NOT get wet or damp, that thing getting wet = no more filtration.
