2nd Generation PROBLEM!! Right Wheel Rubs When Breakes are Applied

Hi guys my 1990 Cam, has a big problem as I step on the break the right wheel will rub on the wheelwell. As the car sits rigt now the left wheel is centered but the right wheel is fatherback almost an inch or 2 from the wheel well.

It sounds like you have a major suspension problem. Check the rubber bushings and connectors of your suspension parts.

Check:
-The two "cushions" securing the stabilizer bar to the car.
-The big old nut holding the lower suspension arm to the stabilizer bar.
-The two rubber bushings of the lower suspension arm
-The integrity of the suspension support at the top of the front shock absorber

I would discourage you from driving the vehicle until you resolve this. It sounds like you could loose control of the vehicle when you are relying upon the tire to grip the road (which is most of the time!).
