Eh... the regular service interval is 15k. Which means that if you're going to do servicing, its at 45k. But not much at that interval... oil change, air filter change, and check all fluids, tire pressure, make sure everything is alright. 60k is the major service interval.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
I have a 04 w/ 90K miles. Other than oil changes and one air filter change, what should I do. It is all highway driving, so do I really need to flush the tranny fluid?

if ur tranny fluid is "dirty/real dirty" then yes flush it. Had my 98 camry flushed at 70K when simple tranny oil exchanges didnt do a thing for it. And my tranny oil was just REAL dirty.

Holy shit! 90k on an '04!?!? ...geezez... in your place, I"d change the timing belt (if you haven't done so), differential fluid, tranny fluid, e-brake tightening, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter... and check your brakes.

I thought that the 04 4cly had a chain. Since all the driving has been highway, I am not that worried about brakes. Plugs I will do. How important are wires and fuel filter though, none of our other Toyotas have had them done and all of them have over 200K miles on them. I tought that the diff and tranny shared fluid?
Well, if you change your plugs, you should change the wires as well. They're pretty cheap, its no big deal. Changing your fuel filter will be better for your engine, and will PROBABLY increase gas milage a little. Yeah, you're right, the '04 4cyl has a chain... but after 90k, I'd replace it. But its up to you. As far as the diff. and tranny sharing fluids, I'm not 100% on that... you may be right... but I don't know.

Don't forget about the cabin air filter that's behind the glovebox. Toyota recommends replacing it every 15k. Shop around for a good price, though. First time I replaced it, I went to the dealer and they charged like $45. The last time I did it, I found one on eBay from a dealer for $20.
