anyone in fresno recommend a good garage?

I live in Fresno, CA and I wonder if there is anyone in or around the area that can recommend a good garage.
I want to find a good garage that I can take my car to when I need to (maintence and repairs) I want someone who will do the work right and not leave me feeling like i've been bullshitted with or overcharged.
I mean I dont mind spending extra money if I know the repairs are done flawlessly.
I work hard for the little money I get and I want to be feel comfortable in throwing down a whole paycheck or two if I need to.
Before I had this toyota I had a Honda and I used to take it to an independant shop that specializes in honda/acura toyota/lexus they did good work but charged quite a bit (575 dollars for a timing belt/water pump on a '87 accord?!) anyways any input would be awsome. I know there are a few central cali guys in here.

well first off, i DONT take it to sears.

tuneup masters on shields and maple have always done me good.

and there arnt that many of us here in fresno, or the central cali area...
