engine mount torgue spec and others

Gen 3 front engine mount I can get the three bolts which attach the mount to the frame . Now do I have to remove the bolts ( I guess three of them ) that attached to the engine? any tips what tools do I need and how do I approach it from the top or under the car?

finally what torgue spec are for the bolts

Is it easy to reach the bolts from under and is there room for a break bar?

jack the front end up, undo the 17mm bolt in the center of the mount, lower engine onto jackstand. (put stand under oil pan, but use a block wood or something so you dont puncture the pan) remove 3 14mm bolts from the subframe, and slide it out toward the driver side.
Once you install the new one, there is a knock pin at the top where the 17mm bolt goes. once you bolt the mount back on the subframe, try to get that 17mm started before you dump all the motor weight onto the mount.

I changed the front mount on my 96 this evening. You can do it with nothing but hand tools -- I did. However, I found the bolts required my breaker bar. Get an inexpensive one at AutoZone or O'Reilly if you like. Pick up a long extension while you're there.

I have the break bar and the extension but there is not enough clearance for the center bolt.
how you did your center bolt just by break bar? also did u but the mount without the bracket to the engine?

You probably need a longer extension.

I used a breaker bar along with a 12" extension.

Leave the bracket on the engine, you don't need to remove it.

All you need to remove is the engine mount (the big rubber piece). 4 bolts (1 on top and 3 on bottom).

I used a breaker bar with a 2 ft (or so) extension, so that the breaker bar was used up above the engine itself -- plenty of clearance there!

I don't know if all of them are like my 96 Camry, but two of the 3 bolts on the bottom part of the mount are accessed from the top, while the third was reachable only from the bottom, requiring partial removal of the splash shield (10 little screws) underneath the car. The 'nut' part for that one bolt is welded to the mount, so the bolt has to come in from below. The original and replacement mounts were both of this layout.
