3rd Generation help to get power out of the 1mz

I have a 94 camry with the 1mz. i was wondering what the best way was to get power out of it i was thinking about a turbo or a supercharger but eather way i am going to have to build something myself... but i was hopeing that someone maby had a better way to get power out of it without too much work i alredy have a cold air intake and an exaust system and i am getting a high-flow cat soon but you can never have too much power (or to much speed) so if anyone has any suggestions please help me

it never was for the gen3, it was for hte gen4, and they've stopped producing them
regadless though, it would have taken a good bit of custom work to make it fit in the gen3

your best bet is to go turbo from here on in...and if you don't want to go that extreme, go get a custom y-pipe done- it's hte most restrictive part of the exhaust system in the 1mz

Well, you want less restriction in your exhaust but you don't want to be having TOO much, you need a good balance, and the larger y-pipe would be teh best area to work with first, then go to your headers and rest of exhaust.

If you go with a larger exhaust, you should go turbo.

i would go turbo (T3 or T4) but if i did it wont be for a wihile, i would have to save some money and i would make sure i did it right, and i would prob spend at least 10K and buy all the best parts but for now (till i get another car as a daily driver) i can only do the little things that will only take a few hours to install but i need to know of some places that i can go to get good parts at a good price.
