--Upcoming Suspension Work - Fixing Noises too!

--So far I have, KYB GR2's, Eibach Pro, New Rubber insulators on the front.

Okay, Im going to drop some cash into my suspension again. I want to get rid of the odd sounds when I hit bumps. I cannot isolate what its from, but "sounds" like it could be a strut mount problem.

What else can I do? New bushings, links, bumpers, rubber, etc? What am I looking to replace? Where? and Why? Anything else?

Also getting a whiteline sway bar for the rear, what else should I replace when I do that?

Definitely replace the mounts!! check your sway bar end links and the bushings themselves. on the rear sway bar, you would be looking at the condition of your control arms and make sure the bushings are good there as well. other than that, make sure you dont short change youself by missing parts or putting the car back together with crapola parts.

Are there differnt hardness of bushings? My links are fine, i checked them a few months ago, seemed okay. Bushings are iffy, probably should be replaced. Where can I get these? I think i saw them from whiteline?

Control arms are fine, bushings dont know, where can I get those for the control arm.

Strut mounts - KYB or direct OEM replacement? Whatever is cheaper? Because they should be the same, no?

red, I hear ya man. I just dropped my car recently too. I'm ridding on gr2 and vogtland springs. When I go over a bump I hear a sound from the front suspension, as if somethign is loose and about to come off. Shit man, I'm scared to drive my car now, really I am.

I took off the wheels to make sure the knuckle bolts are still there. They are and so are the 14mm that holds the strut mounts. I replaced one front mount a little while ago and I could tell the difference between the two (old and new).
