Well... why not get a CF hood and a CF hood scoop... install it, and then cut out the part of the hood underneath the hood scoop? OR!... why not just get a CF hood and a hood scoop, install the scoop and make it functional, and then repaint the whole thing to your car's color. CF hood weight with a standard look! (at least its good if you're going for performance as opposed to looks)
