Electric Turbo?

i was surfing around e-bay the other day abd i saw a electric turbo that can make up to 2.5psi.... i was wondering if this would accually work i would much rather have a realt turbo kit but i just wanted to know what u guys thought about this.... personally i think that it is stupid and i dont think it is going to work but i figured that i would ask.

Man you're about to get flamed by everyone for not searching...But to actually try and answer the question I cannot help you. Most people are going to say it doesn't work but 99% of them have no experience with one. I personally don't believe it would work but who knows?
