4th Generation Will these wheels fit my Camry?

Will these rims and tires fit on my 1999 Camry LE V6, and more importantly will I have to upgrade to a bigger brake brake kit? Thanks!

Size: 18"x 8.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5X114.3
Off Set:+38mm offset
Tires: 225/40ZR18 88W

I doubt it will fit.

Also, why would you "have to" upgrade to a big brake kit? That doesn't make any sense. If your question is if it will fit with a big brake it, yes... but will it fit? I don't think so. The offset possibly needs to be higher. But can someone confirm this?

thats a non staggered rwd offset.. silvia/skyline/supra etc.

thats not gonna fit unless it was closer to +45 offset and then you would probably rub struts.

not to mention that its illegal to run on 88 load rating tyres isnt it? not good if you go over a bump and the tyre blows :P my car says 91 load ratin gon the placecard... dunno about yours.
