If your aiming to get a bolt-on, go with a TRD Exhaust (tiz the one I'll be getting here soon). If you wanna go with having something welded on, go with Magnaflow.
I recently got a Magnflow muffler on my car, and for just having a new muffler welded on i'm very satisfied. The guy at the shop mounted it a little low though, so the tip points to the ground on a slight angle. It has a nice deep rumble at idle and a deep tone when you rev it up. And this is with a totally stock exhaust system to the new muffler. All from a 4 banger, No farting or popping noises.

Yup your stock piping size is 2.25"...but even if it wasn't all they would have to do is use a connector pipe to go from 2"--->2.25" piping to make it fit. Thats what they had to do for mine since my stock piping is 2" and the muffler inlet is 2.25"
