Found engine markings? pics 56K ok.

Ever since i bought my camry new i have been dedicated to my local toyota dealership as far as routine service, state inspections, and preventitive maintenance. I've never taken the camry elsewhere. I recently got some 60K interval maintenance done by the dealership a few weeks ago.

Anyways I was cleaning under the hood some the other day and noticed paint dobs in different colors on various areas on my engine. I have never noticed these markings before. Don't ask me why i haven't taken notice. What do these marks mean i hope its not bad. I'm kinda fearing to ask the service advisors at toyota. Anyone on here have these marks on your engines? i have searched TN with no luck

DOnt worry about them it is normal to find them under the hood of cars. I think it is quality control type stuff to make sure that things have been put together the way they are supposed to be. NOw if you see yellow writing anywhere under the hood or anywhere else then you need to worry. The yellow markings are typically from junkyard parts.
