clutch, which one?

im getting ready to replace my clutch in my SE with the 3VZ-FE. im looking at a spec clutch, stage one(http://www.specclutch.com/). im not an act fan and i dont really want an agressive clutch at all. i just want one with close to stock drivability but excellent wear characteristics. i'm not going to be doing any serious modification at all to the car. should i consider aftermarket or go to the dealer and but a clutch assembly from them?

Well i just installed an exedy kit off of ebay with fidanza flywheel and it is fantastic. I'm sure the exedy kit won't cost you as much as the spec would. Now by far, I'm sure the exedy kit couldn't catch up with the spec kit in terms of grip and high-horsepower handling but you said you're not going to go all out with the modifications right? As long as you stay within limits, I'm sure an exedy kit is more than enough for you.

^Do the Lighter weight Flywheels give you a harder time during parking?

And I have the ACT 2100 with Street Disc in my DSM and its pretty nice. Drivable and good grop. Not too hard to feather, especially if you have a steel braided line.

When i did my conversion, the clutch I put in was an Exedy 5 puck race clutch. Man...was it tricky to drive, and really didnt work too well with a motor with 280k km's on the clock! Too much wear! So i changed it out for a Exedy Sports Clutch. It clutch feel is slightly heavier than stock, but its engagement is similar, if not slightly more harsh. I've never been a fan of "soft" clutches, but I do like the "stock" engagement. I am very happy with it!

When this clutch goes, ill be chagning it out for another of the same type, and a lightned flywheel. So these flywheels work well? Benefits/Gains?
