im not sure if its been done but my friend is plannin on replacin his shift knob and relocating the o/d switch. i tink he said he wanted to connect it somehow on his dead pedal. i told him to put it on his steering wheel, like the nos buttons in fast and the furious.

I may be wrong but I believe SilverStreak relocated his overdrive button in his car. Not sure how hard it was to do it though.
Oh, by the way I have the levoc shifter in my car. Its extremely nice and I am quite happy with it. The only thing it is skinny and sticks up pretty high. If you wanted you could cut the lower section of it to shorten its height. Up to you.

Relocating O/D

Would I need a momentary or a nonmomentary switch If I were to relocate my O/D

That's a honda auto shift knob (with no O/D). There's another one that's like a jet fighter joystick with a O/D button.
