cd changer error code

I posted this also in the a/v forum but maybe someone can help me out.

I just bought a stock fujitsu ten headunit with a stock 6 disc in dash changer from some guy off these message boards and today I got them. they look great but when I hooked them up to my car I'm getting Err-3 on the changer. what does that code mean?
I dont have a manual so I can't look anything up. This is really frustrating because I spent quite a bit of money. I'm hoping its just a security code that I need to enter. can someone please help me.

i think its the security code gonna have to take it to the dealer to get the code if it is security look for the flashing led on the face plate to find out if it is

I think err3 is a jammed disc.
