1st Wheel: I dont' know of any Camry OEM wheels that looked like that, but you'll find that dealerships within specific regions may include their own "packages" including custom wheels and such. I remember being in Little Rock in the mid-90's and seeing a lot of non-OEM parts in Toyota dealerships there which I never saw back at home.
2nd Wheel: Enkei, looks like a ES300 knock-off more than anything. Especially being an Enkei wheel, I'd see the discussion above in #1.
3rd Wheel: Looks like one of the special editions Toyota offered for the Gen4... Special or American or Collector Edition. I don't recall ever seeing them on a Gen3, unless... again... it's back to the #1 description.
4th Wheel: Okay, this one I agree with... this is the basic style from the Collector Edition Camry from 95-96.
no...the collectors edition camry rims were 18 spokers i think and they weren't BBS, i'll see if i can find a pic. i've heard about dealers putting in aftermarket parts but rarely...
the first rim kinda looks like the ES300 from the 92-96 but much more curvy

EDIT: here are the collectors edition rims, notice the toyota emblem on them.

Yeah they are probably dealer options or specific region options. Like someone else said sometimes there will be wheels that are available only in certain regions and taht is the only place they are available. I remember seeing some different wheels on cars when I was working at the Toyota dealer here in Nashville. When we had new customers that had moved into the nashville area and had different wheels that I never saw on cars we had sold.
