rebuild or replace the transmission, please help

For about two months or so, the automatic transmisson on my 94 Camry LE
(134k mi.) has had problems. There was a very noticible delay before it
would upshift into second gear, sometimes requiring me to take my foot
off the gas for a second otherwise it would over-rev. I am not sure what i should to do , replace the one with another old part like list here on eby:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

or just ask mechanic to rebuild one.
also can you guys help me recommend some good mechanic around Los Angeles.

Thanks a lot!

if you decide to go used try: www.car-part.com

if you decide to go rebuilt try: http://www.phoenixhardparts.com/

used is cheaper but you dont know if the trans is good or not until you pay(or take your own time) to put it in. either way get at least a 3 month warranty so your safe.

Is the tranmission new or rebuilt? If it is rebuilt I can get one for maybe less. There is a place called ENGINE WORLD it is in emeryville, CA. That is where I got mine from.
