2nd Generation Little bit of Bragging!(track times)

I just got back from greer dragway and i was amazed at my results. I've driven this car for 4 years now and have taken very good care of it. Before i got it my step-mom owned it brandnew in 89. the V6 has more potential than many people give it credit. After stripping the rear seats out the spare tire out and my tool box and subs all totaling around 300lbs. And the only upgrade i have is a custom air intake and some tuning. Here's how it went:

First of all this was my first time and i went with a friend who's a regular and he owns a 70 ford maverick with a 302. My first match up was a supped up 89 toyota supra turbo 3.0L and it scared the shit outta me.

Supra: Camry:
reaction .063(that's right) .804
E.T. 10.503 11.193
MPH 65.229 64.360

he had an austounding reaction time and i still was ahead of him half way down the track. I lost, but hey that's still stock and pitiful reaction camry

Next:

Mustang SVT Cobra: Camry:
reaction .105 .662
E.T. 8.571 11.154
MPH 84.088 64.303

yes i got my but kick but i had a blast. i recomend going to a track if you are into cars at all. you'll have the time of your life. and some of the cars there will make you cry and that smell of rubber and high test race fuel and that rumble from the big block domestics. it's unreal.

it was 1/8 mile. and you're right terrastrife i'll post my timeslip later today. Greer only has 1/8 mile but i would love to see what i can get on 1/4 mile cause i never even hit my power band last night. another thing: they don't have the title toyota in the registry because any toyotas that do go out there are supras and celicas so the just mark them with there name. on my time slip they marked me a honda but over the loud speaker called me the "little v6 camry!?!?" so my slips show honda
