Use h/b bulb 4 l/b?

Hi people,

Can I use the high beam bulb (9005) for the low beams? I have a 95 Camry.

Anyways. Yes, it is possible to put a 9005 bulb in a 9006 socket. You need to use a knife or razor to scrape away the plastic in the bulb or on the wire harness on the car so that it will fit. Compare the opening on a 9006 and 9005 bulb and you'll see the difference in the base.

It MIGHT change your light pattern output though possibly blinding other drivers. Use with caution and verify that the aim of the lights will not cause such problems.
