camry hesitating

I have a 92 v6 5 speed and its hesitating bad, It used to be when it was at full throtle, but now it is starting to do it when I am driving normal. It feels like I am just taking my foot off the gas and then gasing it again real quick. And it does it in 1st through 3rd, in 1st it can be very harsh. And then in 2nd its less, and then in 3rd its ever more suttle. Just picture the revs going up 1000, then stoping, then going again then stoping etc etc. I have no clue what the hell it is. I replaced my spark plugs, I thought it might have been dirty injectors, so I had those cleaned. And I just bought a new fuel filter. The only other think that I could think of it the fuel pump. If anyone has had this problem or has a clue of what is happening please lemme know!

when you punch the throttle its revs up abit hen just dips back down right???... but if you push the gas slowly it usually fine??? am i close??

have you tampered with your Mass air flow sensor ??
check it out .. there might be something obstructing the valve in there or you may just need a new one or maybe your filter is really cloged.

when you hit it, it doesnt dip down, the revs just stop. and then go, and then stop. And latley if I am just driving not hard, it still does it. But I filled up a fresh full tank tonite and put some marvel magic gas treatment in, and it doesnt do it anymore. But I am sure it will come back.

Try the spark plug wires. That's what it was on mine.

Do our cars use MAF sensors? A dirty MAF sensor can cause such symptoms too.

I had something like that with my old 85 Corolla. Turned out there was a gigantic hole in the catalytic converter that was screwing up the backpressure to the engine. As it was explained to me, in those post EPA engines they did a lot of things like timing the exhaust pressure back to the engine to make it run more efficient. At least, that's how it was explained to me by a couple different mechanics.

Sounded plausible, but still seems sort of wacky to me.
