4th Generation Door trim question

Whats up fellas, Im planning an taking off the door trim of my cam to give it a cleaner look. Im just wondering if anyone knows if its double sided sticky tape holding it up or is it something else. I've had people tell me that there are holes behind the trim for other types of cars but is that true for camrys? Please help
