Well, thankyou for that bit of information.

It sounds and looks to me like a minor traffic accident which should
have been taken care of by the local PD. Arnold should have had a M/C
endorsement. The person backing out should have been more careful.
Hopefully tickets were issued to both parties and they have paid or will
pay the fines and have taken a corrective action as to their respective
defects in operating a motor vehicle. Arnold get your MC endorsement
right NOW!! Shame on you, and to have your minor child riding while you
are not qualified to drive a MC is unspeakable. It is commendable that
Arnold and his son were wearing helmets. To the other person, you
should have your eyes checked and/or trim your bushes and be more
careful backing out of your driveway.
