I didn't say there wasn't anything wrong. Obviously, when the president
breaks the laws at will and when caught simply says it's good for you and
I'll continue, there's something very seriously wrong. I think Alito was
addressing only the point of law. He could've slapped the cops down for not
exercising ordinary discretion and for conduct unbecoming, however, the law
doesn't require either. Of course none of this addresses the real issue. The
"war on drugs" is a joke. Nothing more than a revenue stream for cops at
all levels. Essentially, this 10 year old girl was violated (raped), by
cops, for no reason and, just as disgusting, they know all this.
